POPCON Asia 2013 Workshops will be Held at JWC Building

Popular Culture Convention Asian 2013, or better known as the POPCON Asia 2013 will be held  at the Jakarta Convention Center,  on 5-7 July 2013.    It will bring back the same excitement like last year, but with a bigger scale; two times the number of exhibition booths, three times the number of artists who will attend.

This year, POPCON Asia will not only focus on comics, but also invite many creators, ranging from toys designer, animator, movie makers to showcase their creations. The theme for this year event is Cross-Dicipline Success Story. With that theme, Popcon Asia 2013 has a mission to spawn as many creative collaboration between the creators of the various fields of entertainment.

To support that mission, POPCON Asia 2013 will bring international artists and companies:

•      Kim Jung Gi – Korea
•      Clog Two – Singapore
•      Imaginary Friends Studio – Singapore
•      Mikael Marin – France
•      Richard Danto – France

They will share their knowledge and inspiration to visitors in masterclasses. In these workshops, visitors could learn and ask the experts who have achieved success in their respective fields at the world level.

Besides Masterclass, POPCON also presents workshops , where local and international artists gather and share their knowledge with visitors. All workshops will be held at Joseph Wibowo Center Building, BINUS International on 5 and 6 July 2013.
