Profile & Qualification

Kezia Nanda has a Master’s degree in Journalism with emphasis in News Reporting and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA. She also completed a Bachelor’s degree double majoring in Psychology and Communication with a minor in French from Ouachita Baptist University, USA. She led a marketing team for two years in Ciputra Artpreneur, Indonesia. Prior to that, she worked as A PR, Social media specialist for “Pay It Forward Foundation” from 2015-2016. Ms. Kezia Nanda has also worked in the Indonesian Embassy Located in South Africa as a PR Specialist and Social Media Specialist. As a News Reporter Kezia Nanda has written stories for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, NPR AFFILIATE, and KUAR FM 89 in the United S tate of America. Previously, she experienced as an assisted reporter and producer for RCTI in 2011.

Kezia Nanda was awarded the Best Communication Lecturer Award 2019 from Binus University International, Herbert & Gertrude Latkin Journalism Scholarship, ElderServe Award four years in a row, Jerol Garrison Journalism Scholarship, and many more. Her research interest is headed towards Propaganda and Government Control of the Media, Cultural Representations of Women and Minorities, Fake News on Social Media, Politics and the Media, Media and Psychology, and International Public Relations. Currently, she is serving as a prominent part-time lecturer in Communications program at Binus University International. She teaches courses including Broadcast Journalism & Reporting, Speaking in Public, Professional Image, Media Industry, and Media Technology.
