BINUS International Students Experience Valuable Learning During Visit to PwC Indonesia
In February 2025, students enrolled in the Business Information Systems (BIS) curriculum at BINUS International had an exciting chance to tour PwC Indonesia, one of the premier global entities in consulting and professional services. This trip offered a comprehensive look into the dynamic sectors of consulting, auditing, and digital transformation, granting students unique insights into the work atmosphere at PwC alongside exposure to real-life case analyses. Presentations were conducted by PwC experts who discussed the latest advancements in financial technology, digital risk management, and strategic advisory services.
During their visit, students interacted with innovative resources and methodologies utilized by PwC, including AI-driven auditing technologies, cloud analytic systems, and automated client service mechanisms. These hands-on experiences effectively linked theoretical knowledge with practical execution, highlighting the applicability of the BIS program in addressing genuine challenges faced by the industry. Attendees took part in question-and-answer sessions exploring the ways technology is reshaping decision-making processes among global corporations.
A key moment from the visit was the chance to connect with numerous alumni from BINUS International’s BIS program who are now part of PwC Indonesia. Their presence emphasized the strong partnership between BINUS International and PwC, along with the increasing need for BIS graduates in consulting and professional services. The alumni imparted important advice on navigating the transition from education to employment, insights on breaking into the industry, and how their BIS training has prepared them for successful careers in technology-centric, client-focused roles. Their experiences served as both direction and motivation for the current students, illustrating a credible career trajectory founded on solid educational and professional principles.
