Jokowi Visits Popular BINUS UNIVERSITY Booth at PPTJ 2014

Jakarta Higher Education Week (PPTJ) 2014 saw the governor of Jakarta, Joko Widodo – popularly known as Jokowi – rubbing shoulders with hundreds of high school and vocational school students at the BINUS UNIVERSITY booth. Many students made inquiries about their prospective courses while many bought the application form to begin the admission process at BINUS UNIVERSITY.

Higher education is very important for today’s high school graduates. A university-level education is increasingly necessary before embarking on a career. With a bewildering array of choices before them, prospective students need to weigh up their options carefully.

Hundreds of private higher education institutions, including BINUS UNIVERSITY, took part in Jakarta Higher Education Week, which was held on 5-7 February 2014 at Istora Senayan.
