During our visit to Swinburne University, we had the opportunity to not only explore the beautiful campus but also attend an insightful workshop led by Dr. Fanny Suhendra and Dr. Linus Tan. The focus of the session was on using AI prompting to generate images.

As graphic designers, we often strive to create authentic, non-AI-generated designs, so exploring this technology from a new perspective was interesting. The workshop helped us understand AI’s possibilities and limitations in the design world. More importantly, it introduced our students to the ethical considerations of using AI in creative fields.

The session was incredibly enriching, sparking thoughtful discussions among our students about the balance between technology and creativity. Plus, it was a super fun and engaging experience for everyone involved!

We’re grateful for this unique learning opportunity and look forward to sharing more highlights from our trip. Stay tuned!
