Overseas Program
Binusian loves to travel and experience the world outside of their comfort zone. So, why not internationalised yourself with our program. There are a variety of options for Binus International students to see the world. Our Communications students have travelled abroad to dozens of destinations, including the United States of America, Germany, Poland, Finland, Cambodia, Vietnam and many more.
Students can travel as part of an immersion program, as exchange student, or a double degree program.
Binus Communication program offers various options for students to immerse themselves in the international experience:
With Northumbria School of Design based in Newcastle, England, students can learn and study at the very same place, where Jonathan Ive, Apple’s principle designer of the ‘i’ products graduated.
Students can in fact gain two degrees, one from Binus International and one from Northumbria School of Design, by studying three years in Indonesia and one in the UK.
The International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) is a network of 300 colleges and universities in 50 countries providing Binus International University students with an affordable opportunity to international education. Binusian have the chance to switch places with another ISEP student for one or two semesters, whereby as a Binusian you pay tuition, housing and meals to your home university. In addition, Binus will acknowledge your final grade for certain courses at your host university to be transferred back to Binus International University.
The Study Abroad Program is part of the 3+1 Enrichment Program Track – an exchange program with 60 of our partner universities in 22 countries for 1 or 2 semesters whereby students are required to take 16 SCU per semester that can be transferred back to Binus International University.
The Summer Immersion Program is an 8 days exposure to a specified destination set by Binus International University. This is a great opportunity for those who wants to travel overseas and experience university life on the other side of the world for a short time.
For more information ask our head of programme or contact Binus International Office.
If none of this program interest you, we recommend that you join the iBuddy program that lets you have the chance to meet students from an overseas university. You will have the chance to show the students our culture and society through your perspective.
