Thesis Coaching Clinic @ Comms Binus University International

Communications Program at Binus University International introduced a new workshop series called Thesis Coaching Clinic.

The non-course hands-on classes were offered in every semester to guide final-year students in doing a research project and in writing a thesis for their final-year assessment.

The series consists of five workshop sessions that facilitate students with knowledge about each stage of research and coach them in developing ideas for their thesis chapter by chapter.

Since its inception in Odd Semester 2019-2020, 29 students were benefited from the program and managed to complete their thesis on time and in a better quality.

In Even Semester 2020-2021, with the new thesis format which allows students to write their thesis in a form of a scholarly article for publication in reputable international journals, indexed by Scopus, another three sessions are added.

The news sessions are tailor-made to supervise students in conducting a high impact research and in writing a scholarly article to be published in a Scopus-indexed journal.

With this thesis coaching clinic, Communications Program at Binus University International is committed to produce world-class graduates who are not only globally competitive but also equipped with critical and analytical thinking to stay innovative in any area they are good at.

Students who want to learn about research and scholarly writing can watch the videos from the sessions in program’s website.
