From the silver-hued Up There collab to Aimé Leon Dore’s chromatic 1906, 2023 saw the return of bold metallic kicks with New Balance dropping a number of sleek takes on the throwback trend. As it continues to fuel the popular revival, the brand now reveals a striking silver 1906D pack.

Dropping in a general release, the new arrival comprises four iterations of the sporty silhouette. Each sneaker comes crafted with silver webbed paneling that wraps around several underlayers of wide mesh, honing in on the Y2K look. Complementing the cool tones, a medial New Balance N logo is tinted light gray alongside the accent tone of each sneaker.

At the base, the brand compiles its signature technical components to create a comfortable yet secure insole. Within the chunky midsole, its signature ABZORB cushioning is paired with an N-ergy outsole that comes stacked on top of Stability Web functionality to provide arch support. Throughout these features, New Balance weaves in gray hues to emphasize the overall metallic look.
