January, 10th – Quoting from BOF’s Instagram page, Publisher Conde Nast announced The Philippine edition of the all-time loved fashion and lifestyle magazine, Vogue.

The American magazine was first published in 1892 and since then has spread its editions to numerous countries with international editor-in-chief on posts in key markets like China, Japan, Italy, and UK. Partnered up with local publisher, Mega Global Licensing, Inc (MGLI), Vogue Philippines will be the monthly magazine’s further move to Southeast Asia after Thai and Singaporean editions in earlier years.

Quoting from MGLI’s website, Mark Grindel as Conde Nast’s Managing Director for the global brand licensing said, “We’re thrilled to launch our 29th edition of Vogue in the Philippines, a country with a growing luxury fashion market and a vibrant creative scene. The title will launch as a digital-first media brand with a monthly print edition and will serve as an exciting addition to our global Vogue network,”

Vogue Philippines will be coming in September 2022 in English for print, digital, and social platforms. It will be published monthly, showcasing the country’s diversity, culture, and talents in fashion and beauty.

“The Filipino talent has been ready to be received by the world for decades now and with certainty, I can say that the market, too, is finally ready.” Archie Carrasco added in a press statement, the chairman and chief executive of MGLI.
