The BINUS Project Hatchery program successfully conducted a guest lecture and coaching session titled Passion to Profit: An Alumni Panel on Finding Your Path on 28 April 2026 at JWC Campus and 30 April 2026 at FX Sudirman. The event featured three inspiring alumni speakers from diverse entrepreneurial backgrounds: Davy Satria, representing Family Business; Febndy Kwik, from the Startup industry; and Felicia Aretha Natania as an Entrepreneur.

Designed for second-semester Project Hatchery students, the event aimed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the realities of entrepreneurship. Through interactive discussions and coaching sessions, students were encouraged to see entrepreneurship not only as a career option but also as a meaningful journey filled with challenges, innovation, and continuous learning.

The session began with a panel discussion where the alumni speakers shared their personal entrepreneurial experiences. Davy Satria highlighted the importance of maintaining legacy and adapting family businesses to modern market trends. Febndy Kwik shared insights into the fast-paced startup ecosystem, emphasizing innovation, resilience, and adaptability in building a business from the ground up. Meanwhile, Felicia Aretha Natania discussed her entrepreneurial journey, focusing on creativity, personal branding, and identifying opportunities in dynamic markets.

One of the most engaging parts of the event was the honest discussion about failure and setbacks. The speakers openly shared the obstacles they faced during their entrepreneurial journeys and how those experiences became valuable lessons that shaped their success today. This encouraged students to understand that failure is not the end of the journey, but rather a part of the learning process.

Following the panel session, students participated in an interactive Q&A and coaching clinic. During this session, Project Hatchery student groups presented their business ideas and received direct feedback from the alumni speakers. The coaching focused on improving business concepts, identifying target markets, refining value propositions, and developing practical strategies for implementation. Students were given constructive suggestions that could help strengthen their projects and prepare them for future business challenges.

The event created an engaging and inspiring learning environment where students could connect directly with alumni who had successfully transformed their passions into profitable ventures. More than just a guest lecture, the program became a platform for mentorship, collaboration, and experiential learning.
