Continuing the Commitment: Advancing Project Hatchery Facilitators through the 100 Million Learners Training Session

Online Global Entrepreneurship Program Facilitator Training (February 5, 2026)
Building on the successful Facilitator Training for the 100 Million Learners Bootcamp on Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation previously conducted in collaboration with the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, BINUS University International continues its strong commitment to strengthening the capacity of Project Hatchery facilitators.
As a strategic follow-up initiative, the 100 Million Learners (100ML) Team led a dedicated training session on Thursday, February 5, 2026, designed to prepare Project Hatchery facilitators to confidently guide and support learners throughout the 100ML Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundations course experience.
Strengthening Facilitation for Global Impact
This session was not merely an introduction to course content—it was a focused capacity-building workshop aimed at deepening facilitators’ understanding of:
- The pedagogical philosophy behind the 100ML Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundations course
- Effective facilitation strategies in digital and hybrid learning environments
- Methods for guiding experiential, discussion-based, and reflective learning processes
- Techniques to support diverse learners in a global entrepreneurship classroom
By empowering facilitators with clarity and confidence, the session ensures that learners will receive not only structured content delivery, but also meaningful mentorship throughout their entrepreneurial learning journey.
