Entrepreneurship Hub Startup Clinic: Preparing Your Business for Investment
Doc: Introducing Ryan Evans Vennanddi, an Investment Analyst of AC Ventures, as the speaker for the Entrepreneurship Hub Startup Clinic: Preparing Your Business for Investment
On May 31, 2024, as part of the Entrepreneurship Hub Program of the Center for Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship Research (CIDER), BINUS International collaborated with AC Ventures to organize a startup clinic themed “Preparing Your Business for Investment”.
This event aimed to equip aspiring student entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to make their businesses investor-ready. Many student founders believe that securing funding from venture capital (VC) is the key to their business success. This assumption often leads to a rush to meet venture capitalists and pitch their business ideas, hoping to secure funding as quickly as possible.
However, understanding that investors have specific expectations and require detailed information for their decision-making process can significantly improve the preparation and presentation of a business.
