BINUS UNIVERSITY Has Been Awarded the ASEAN CSR Vision 2020 Small Grants Fund for the Year 2017
BINUS UNIVERSITY, with Dr. Sanjukta Choudhury Kaul, as the lead researcher is one of the recipients of the prestigious ASEAN CSR Vision 2020 Small Grants Fund for the year 2017. This grant offered by the ASEAN CSR Network with the support of the Government of Sweden through its Embassy in Bangkok, promotes understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and regional objectives in ASEAN.
Dr. Kaul’s study is a research study is titled “Mainstreaming Disability at workplace: Role of CSR and Myanmar businesses”. The study seeks to identify the key dimensions for voluntary participation of business for mainstreaming disability at workplace in Myanmar. The study also intends to outline the managerial implications for business and policy level implications for different stakeholders to create a greater participatory environment for business and the civil society. The project addresses the priority themes of ACN, of Business and Human Rights and that of Business and Labour.
