Hundreds of Students Enliven BINUS International Day 2012

Hundreds of high school students filled the Joseph Wibowo Center, Jl. Hang Lekir I, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Sunday (19/2). They were there to attend BINUS International Day 2012, an annual event organized to introduce BINUS International.
BINUS International Day, which took the theme “Living My Passion” this year, has been an annual event since 2004. In this event, BINUS International introduces the international university life to its participants. Students can also find answers to their questions about universities and majors which suit their passion.
At the event, which was held from 1 pm to 5 pm, there were also other activities such as a Passion and Talent Test, Info Sessions for all the majors of BINUS International, a Show and Tell Program, Workshops and Games Simulations, English Proficiency Tests, live performance and games with interesting prizes.
Students then took a tour of JWC Campus’ rooms. They were given information on all BINUS International majors, from Accounting to Art & Design. In one of the rooms, Dean of Programs Minaldi Loeis, M.Sc, MM gave an introduction to BINUS International for the students’ parents.
There were also special introductions to student clubs in BINUS International. BINUS International Music Society presented a beautiful acoustic performance while BINUS International Japan Culture Club gave a sushi-making demonstration. The students watched enthusiastically. (RA)
