In 2009,  Ekky Imanjaya wrote his paper entitled The Curious Cases of Salma, Siti, and Ming: Representations of Indonesia’s Polygamous Life in “Love for Share” (2009),  in Jump Cut Journal No. 51, Spring 2009,

and a year later he wrote a chronicle review of “Publications on Indonesian Cinema” (2010) in Asian Cinema, Volume 21 Issue 2, Fall 2010.
