Welcome to Senayan Circle, Jakarta.

This statue is called the \”Developing Youth\”, or many Jakartans would call him \”pizza delivery man\”, just 200 meters away from Binus International campus. Senayan area is not only well-known for its stadium, sport center, and a fresh place to jog and workout, but also the South tip of Sudirman Avenue where fancy sky-scrappers place hundred of thousands -or probably millions – of professional Jakartans. This is the area that allegedly control the country\’s economy, politics, and culture.

Outside the sport center, Senayan is only a size of a village or kelurahan area, but around it is where we have our house of representative building complex, 3 big university campuses, 6 shopping malls, 6 international hotels, 3 foreign embassies\’ cultural centers, more than twenty tall office buildings and more than ten high rise apartments, hundreds of restaurants, 3 national-wide television\”network\” headquarters, and plenty of major media agencies.

Senayan is also the gate to Kebayoran, a classy residential area as well as the downtown of the South Jakarta, with more hip restaurants and places for hangout, important elements in many commuters\’ strategies to deal with daily traffic jam.  So basically, Senayan and Kebayoran, where Binus International campus located just in their border, are the center of brain supply, of business and pleasure, a perfect place for study, party, and adventure. The exact reason why our pizza man choose this place to develop the country, to nurture the archipelago.
