Staff practiced how to describe attractions in simple, engaging English, making it easier for international guests to appreciate Indonesia\u2019s cultural heritage. They also learned how to explain facilities such as shuttle buses, rest areas, and cultural pavilions, ensuring visitors feel supported and informed throughout their journey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Interactive role-play exercises allowed participants to rehearse giving directions, such as \u201cThe Bird Park is on your left,\u201d or \u201cYou can take the shuttle bus to the Palace of Indonesian Culture.\u201d These practical examples helped staff build confidence in using polite and clear expressions while guiding guests.
