Through interactive exercises, staff practiced active listening techniques\u2014paying attention not only to words but also to tone and body language. They learned how to politely confirm what a visitor means before giving an answer, reducing misunderstandings and building trust.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Frank also guided participants through examples of typical visitor questions, from directions to facilities to explanations of cultural exhibits. By rehearsing clear and polite responses, staff gained practical tools to make communication smoother and more effective.
