The focus of this training was <em>\u201cWelcoming Visitors &amp; Giving Basic Information,\u201d<\/em> a vital skill set for staff who interact daily with both local and international guests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The session emphasized the importance of greetings, polite expressions, introducing oneself, and offering assistance\u2014all essential elements of hospitality communication. Through interactive role-play and guided practice, participants learned how to greet visitors warmly, introduce themselves confidently, and provide clear, helpful information about TMII\u2019s attractions. These skills not only enhance visitor experiences but also empower staff to feel more confident in their roles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Michael highlighted that effective communication is more than just words\u2014it is about creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Indonesia\u2019s cultural richness.
