Frank, as friends and colleagues fondly call him, is a Filipino national based in Jakarta. Having spent almost two decades in the vibrant Indonesian capital, he embraces the rich tapestry of cultures and cuisines. With a strong foundation in communication, education, and applied linguistics, Frank lectures on academic writing and communication programs. He has also ventured into creative writing, contributing a piece to an anthology of short stories. Outside the classroom, Frank enjoys the company of a close-knit circle of friends in cozy cafes or on spontaneous out-of-town adventures. His love for yoga, meditation, Muay Thai, aero dance, and cycling ensures a balanced lifestyle. He often finds peace chasing sunsets by the beach. Frank holds a PhD in Applied English Linguistics from Indonesia, with undergraduate and master's degrees in communication and English from the Philippines. He is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in education from the University of Manchester.
