In the exam they will have to run the kitchen and restaurant laboratories; creating the concept of the restaurant as well as determining the interior and decoration, constructing the menu and budget, and running the whole restaurant and kitchen operation by themselves. <a href=\"http:\/\/international.binus.ac.id\/hospitality-tourism\/files\/2015\/03\/20150207_143150.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
