Earlier this month, our students had the chance to immerse themselves in an unforgettable learning experience during our trip to <\/span>Melbourne – <\/span>Australia. One of the standout moments was our visit to ACMI \u2013 the Australian Centre for the Moving Image. For anyone with a passion for film, art, and digital media, ACMI is a treasure trove of inspiration.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Our students explored the fascinating history of moving images in Australia, soaking up the creativity and innovation behind the works of local artists. It was an eye-opening experience that gave them fresh perspectives and ideas to bring back to their studies.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span>We were also lucky enough to catch the *Being* exhibition, which was anything but ordinary. It was interactive, engaging, and a perfect blend of digital creativity and art. Our students <\/span>didn\u2019t<\/span> just <\/span>observe<\/span> \u2013 they interacted with the art, experiencing it in a way that made it truly come alive. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span>To add even more depth to the visit, we attended a \u201cspot talk\u201d by one of ACMI\u2019s staff members. They walked us through the creative process behind one of the featured pieces, giving us insight into the story and thought process that shaped the work. It was a moment of real inspiration for everyone.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our immersion trip to Australia <\/span>wasn\u2019t<\/span>just about sightseeing<\/span>; it was a journey that blended learning with real-world experiences. From ACMI to the cultural landscapes of Melbourne, it was a trip that sparked <\/span>new ideas<\/span>, broadened perspectives, and left a lasting impact on our students.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
