{"id":995,"date":"2020-02-20T08:51:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T08:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/international.binus.ac.id\/finance\/?p=995"},"modified":"2020-04-06T06:55:59","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T06:55:59","slug":"5th-winner-in-cfa-research-challenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/international.binus.ac.id\/finance\/2020\/02\/20\/5th-winner-in-cfa-research-challenge\/","title":{"rendered":"5th Winner in CFA Research Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to our students (William, Nicholas, Stanley, Calvin and Aprilia), who achieved fifth place in CFA Research Challenge held by CFA Society Indonesia. \u00a0The final stage of this competition was held on 15 February 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These students successfully passed several preliminary stages before securing their place in the final round. The first round was held in November 2019, in which they submitted their first draft of the assigned case. The next stage was to submit the final draft. Based on this stage, the 5 finalists were announced, and our team was one of them, among with other representatives from reputable universities in Indonesia. This prestigious competition requires students to perform valuations, analysis on the company\u2019s financial reports, business environment, as well as investment risks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This proud achievement would not have been possible without the dedication put forward by our faculty members, Ibu Yanthi Hutagaol and Mike Kim, who devoted much time and effort to train these students.
