The case is designed to foster a thoughtful organizational transformation through the development of an organization value proposition based on stakeholder and stakeholder participation theories. Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF) was in a financial crisis before 2011. The new CEO put new value proposition formulation on his priority by analyzing the interests of BOSF\u2019s stakeholders.
