Forbes Indonesia Millennial Talks

One of our prominent alumni, Kevin Susanto, was one of the invited speakers in Forbes Indonesia Millennial Talks, which was held on 19 August 2021 and carried the theme Revamping the Business. As the Chief Green Officer of Envigo, Kevin shared his experience in starting his own business and his thoughts on the importance of rebranding the business. The impact of pandemic on the business was also discussed, along with the business’ positioning in the family business. In this session, Kevin also shared some traits that are important for entrepreneurs, such as the need to clearly state the business’ vision, to have good communication skills, to improve networking skills to boost customer acquisition, to master financial numbers, and to perform self-reflection. In his opinion, entrepreneur is about adaptability, agility, enlarging the business ecosystem and shared values. For future entrepreneurs out there, do not be afraid to start, learn from failures, to never feel comfortable, always be humble, keen to learn, be curious, seek ways to growth, and try to solve the world’s problems. We are very proud of Kevin, and hopefully his success can inspire others to become entrepreneurs and contribute to the nation’s economy.
