Guest Lecture in Principles of Accounting Class

On 29 September 2020, we welcomed Bapak Dr. Ludovicus Sensi Wondabio, CPA, CA as the guest lecturer in the Principles of Accounting class. Pak Sensi delivered the topic of Applying Conceptual Framework in Accounting & Finance Professions to our first semester students. Some of the subtopics that we discussed in this session are the building blocks of accounting, the different types of financial statements, the qualitative characteristics in the current framework, as well as the measurement and recognition of the elements of financial statements.

Pak Sensi earned his doctorate degree from University of Indonesia. He currently holds the position of Senior Audit Partner for Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Mirawati Sensi Idris (MSId), Member of Moore Stephens International.  He is also a lecturer in Bachelor and Master Program of Accounting, Economics Faculty, University of Indonesia. He also served as Member of Accounting Standards Board (DSAK), Indonesian Associations of Accountants (IAI), from 2008 to 2014. With his rich experience in various industries, we believe that our students gained a lot of new knowledge from Pak Sensi, especially about accounting conceptual framework.
