May 2023 – The MET Museum bring out the work of Karl Lagerfeld (1933 – 2019) in their new exhibition “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”.<\/p>\n

The exhibition spotlights the designer’s unique working methodology focuses on his stylistic vocabulary in his fashions from the 50s to his final collection back in 2019. Approximately 150 pieces are on display and will be companied by Lagerfeld’s sketches. The German-born designer’s fluid lines united his designs for Balmain, Patou, Chloe, Fendi, Chanel, and his own eponymous label Karl Lagerfeld.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is made possible by Chanel, supported by Fendi, Karl Lagerfeld, and Conde Nast.\u00a0 #ALineOfBeauty<\/p>\n

Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty will be on view from May 5 through July 16 next year. This will follow the Met Gala 2023, which will fall on May 1.<\/p>\n
