A new runway to sport \u2013 Nike x Jacquemus collabration unites sport and style in the form of women apparel and unisex footwear. The collections were made available globally on both brands\u2019 retail shops online and physical stores in June 28th,\u00a02022.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c… we designed women\u2019s athletic wear with sensuous details and neutral colors, along with my own interpretation of the Humara, my favorite Nike shoe. It was important for the collection to be accessible for all bodies, and to be a natural blend of Jacquemus style and Nike performance,\u201d — Simon Porte Jacquemus.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe collaboration of the two brands was announced just after Jacquemus launched its first physical store in London. The aim of the collaboration is to invigorate celebration of the multidimensionality of contemporary athletes. Bringing Nike\u2019s performance and Jacquemus\u2019 approach to fit together, the duo integrates sport style into everyday life, redefining the ready to wear with comfort anywhere anytime.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As they believed that sport isn\u2019t a mere of performance only, Nike x Jacquemus brings sport as an expansion of style and self. Jacquemus reimagined the sport label\u2019s outdoor pursuit, daily sport, and rich heritage comingling into an integrated sexy yet everyday aesthetic that Jacquemus is renowned for. Throigh the French label\u2019s eyes, this collaboration aims at the invigorate celebration of the multidiemsionality of contemporary athletes as also seen in the colours used in the sneakers. The sneaker in the collection is\u00a0a reimagination of Nike\u2019s Humara worn for trail running. The collection retells the Humara in a deep brown and a soft sandy tone, perhaps the idea came from the 1990\u2019s style inspiration from the rocky terrains and desert tones.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
