On September 24, 2024, students from the 2028 batch of Binus University International had their first experience in the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) class, part of the Computer Science program. This semester, the course is led by Ida Bagus Kerthyayana Manuaba, S.T., Ph.D., who brought a dynamic and engaging approach to the subject.<\/p>\n

In HCI session, students actively participated in discussions with Sir Bagus, delving into the critical aspects of user experience and problem-solving related to the development of applications. The interactive learning environment encouraged students to explore real-life case studies, helping them to grasp the foundational concepts of HCI and how they apply to creating intuitive and user-friendly applications.<\/p>\n

By working through these hands-on problems, the students gained deeper insights into the practical applications of HCI, making the course not only theoretical but also highly relevant to real-world software development. This teaching method aims to equip the students with a solid understanding of HCI principles that will be crucial in their future careers as they design and develop user-centered technology solutions.<\/p>\n
