Internship vacancies @ Innovation Centre, Binus International

The following internship opportunities seek motivated students, who want to make a difference, and passionate about innovation. The general expectation is passion for the skills mentioned in the job description. The interns would benefit from a flexible and collegial working environment, and gain experience as part of the core team setting up an exciting centre.

Vacancy 1: IT Developer

• Develop the innovation centre’s portal in coordination with the webmaster (http://international.binus.ac.id/innovation-centre/).
• Develop a web based database to host the benchmark data and the innovation management system – guidance will be provided.

Vacancy 2: Creative Designer

• Produce novel thematic design for the presentation materials including dynamic content.
• Supporting design for a simulation game.

Vacancy 3: Administrator

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders of the centre.
• Maintain content on the webpage, assisted by the IT developer.
• Support development of case studies.
• Support event organization

Duration: 4 months (1 Sept  2013 to 31 Dec 2013) with possibility for renewal.

Working hours: 3 days a week (flexible timings, output focus).

Remuneration: 2,000,000 per month.

Location: Binus International (flexible, output focus).

Innovation Centre: Innovation Centre aims to promote ideas, competitiveness and engagement towards commercialization. Scheduled for launch in October 2013, the centre is a multidisciplinary initiative open to all staff and students. Besides the flagship project “Enabling Innovation in Indonesia”, the centre would be a host to expert panel discussions, international workshops and case studies on innovation.
