Tanabata week

Tanabata is a Japanese celebration, also can be regarded as the star festival, held by BIJAC twice annually, traditionally held on the 7th of July. It celebrates two deities meeting, Orihime and Hikoboshi (represented by the stars Vega and Altair respectively). In japan, people celebrated by also attaching their wishes to a huge bamboo branch, and others put on skits about the legend of the Cowherd and Weaver Stars.

In this event, BIJAC would create their own small exhibition in BINUS International JWC, with their own tree bamboo so that people are able to write their wishes on a colored narrow piece of paper, and they will pray so that their wish will come true
