Important reminders:

  • Please indicate your transaction reference number shown on the offer, sent to your registered e-mail address, while making your payment. Also provide your complete name, details of amount paid, and other applicable information. Insufficient information causes delay and problems.
  • Conference fee do NOT include bank transfer cost. Bank transfer cost should be paid to the bank separately by the participant.
  • The bank transfer receipt including the name of the participant(s) should be scan and e-mailed to icggag@gmail.com.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.

Registration Terms and Conditions:

  • One paper is valid for only one author registration. The payment should be made if other authors or person attend as the participant.
  • The absent presenter or participant will not be provided any materials related to the conference.
  • One Certificate is valid for one presenter and the paper presented. Additional certificate can be provided upon the extra fee based on the committee decision.
  • Author(s) understand that the payment is non-refundable unless the approval from the Committee.
  • Conference Proceeding soft copy version is provided by Committee.
  • The Committee reserves the right to dissent any discrepant manuscript.
  • The Manuscript is authentic and contains no plagiarism.

Author No Shows

ICGGAG 2018 requires that each accepted submission be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference site according to the schedule published. Any paper accepted into the program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official program and proceedings.
